Picked up a Garrett t25... good for my 20v?

<P>I just picked up a Garrett t25 for my 20v turbo buildup. Problem is, I don't know much about what I'm doing! haha</P>

<P>Is this good for my application? I'm looking for about 8psi or so.</P>

i would be concerned about them stating they used an external wastegate.... but have a new internal actuator..... ie, how was the internal gate kept closed while the external gate was being used....??? generally they are welded shut
