2nd Generation price check???

i have my mr2. i love it, but i have to sell it now. i have some money issue about my school. also i dont have a winter car. i bought the car not long ago, but i love it. i want to sell it for $8500. is 91 mr2 turbo and kind of all stock. cuz nothing big change from the car. and only has 59500 on it. nothing rebuild. also clean history, no crash or anything. do you think this is a good price to sell or is it too high? one of my friends ask for change this car with his 01 honda accord. has same miles on it, but the car is sav. title. think that is a good idea or not? thanks guys!!!

Nah! Don't trade for sav. title..no way.
I take it you're in MN. so I would say $8,500.00 is high. but that is low mileage.. If you can get it-great. Do you owe anything on it? 6k is prolly more reasonable for both parties.

no i dont. the car is mine and i dont owe anyone money on it. but ya i hope people really know what is mr2 and if they know and like it i think like 6k on it is not so high for my mr2 cond. is super nice for a 16 yr old car. thanks for telling me this!!! i have a lot of questions on it too. anyway i hope i can sell it, if its not i will try to mod it when i have enough money!

wtf... you have 59k original miles... i wouldn't sell for anything less than 8,000... the fact its mostly stock makes it more desireable... w/ that low of miles makes it a prime candidate for any MR2 enthusiast...

yip

I have to agree... if the paint and all is in really great shape, and it runs like it should and has A/C, and a heater... sell it for 8

Oh, I agree you might get 8K from someone into MR2's. But the average buyer will be looking at Bluebook value. And a Bank will not lend more than that. But it's still possible to get that. It will undoubtably take some patience on your part. Best of luck to you..
