Hanging wires....

I got these hanging wires where the inside(next to the hood latch) fuses go. They look like wire harnesses, but theirs two of them. I have no clue where they go...If I can, I'll post up a pic on it. many cars have these kinds of things...
if you cannot find a nearby connector

they are explained simply as one of two things... either a test connection or the harness is designed for multiple applications in different vehicles or models where those wires would be utilized with an accessory option. i mean they aren't cut or ripped out so i wouldn't worry about them.
