Horn not sounding

Now moving on to the next problem...my horn......its not sounding at all......how do I fix this? Lol, so many problems with my car....but trust me, this car is beautiful.....Ill post up some pix one day so you all can see

ok...

wheels straight... ignition off... no key... lock the steering wheel.

disconnect the negative of the battery and wait 30 second or more before starting.

using a T30 Torx Bit... T30 is the size... remove the 4 screws 2 on each side of the steering wheel... on the sides... near the turn signal. pull the air bag / steering pad out slowly and disconnect the harness....

the horn button should be visible at this point... according to toyota manual.

there is going to be two contact pieces... the piece you push when pushed will contact another piece closing the circuit allowing the horn to sound...

check to made sure they are making contact when pushed in...
