Does anyone know the speaker sizes and depth's of an '88 MR2?? - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

I was hired to do an install in a '88 MR2 5 Spd. I have to pick out the speakers and get all supplies before I get to see the car so I can't just take it apart and look. If anyone could please tell me the stock sizes and locations or have pictures of them it would be greatly appreciated.

I searched but only found that the rears are 3.5"

Fronts ar 4"

Depth clearance will depend on the speaker.

Depth clearance will depend on the depth of the speaker hole

Do you happen to have any pictures of the mounting locations? The fronts are in the dash correct? How about the rears? This person wants the rear speakers changed out as well.

I think I read they are 3.5" ?
