Heater Issue

Hey All

My '91 has always had a bit of an issue with the slider for the heat on the dash.

The slider has always gone only half way across and the heat has, as a result, always been a little less than optimal. It simply will only go halfway.

Q. Is this normal? If not, is there an easy way to fix the problem?

(also, where is the amp in the car, needs to be replaced as well)

TIA

each speaker has its own factory amp...

and your cable is binding for the heater valve... its pinched or the heater valve itself is stuck...

Thanks for the info, I'll look into the heater cable issue.

Think I have an aftermarket amp as I located it and there is only one.

I rarely drive the car and as such always seem to have problems with it....never good for a car not to be driven. Should just put it up for sale.
