Congrats to Jeff Fazio in GRM mag

Just got the Grassroots Motorsports and Mr. Fazio (Jekyl 'n' Hyde) made the Hill Climb article w/ Picture... Cheers to your Street Mod 2 Victory. This is probably old news.

Thanks ... yeah, it came out a few weeks ago.
I had no idea that was happening - it was a complete surprise.

That was an awesome hillclimb event - one of my best.

tHa kNiGHt FaLL, pick u pa copy of Grassroot's Motorposrts magazine.
It's on page 152 (IIRC).

I was fortunate enough to land my RX-7 in Turbo magazine (april 97) back in the good ol'days.... Of course my 1/4 mile was misquoted by a second ( in my favor) and I'll never live that down because everyone (RX-7 world) thinks I told Evan @ turbo it ran 11's at the time and it only ran 12's.... LOL!

But hey, thats a cool little MR2 flag wave'n in the pages of GRM... congrats!

BTW, are those Enkie RS-Evolution rims on Jekyl? I have a 17 x 7 sit'n here if you ever need a spare. I know there outta production.. anyway.. Brad

Yeah, mag coverage is fun ...

I had a 2-page spread in Super Street in May of '98 for some MR2s I had in the past.
Hyde was in Turbo magazine before of all the crazy sponsorship.
The photo was actualyl a feature of a car I was racing at Englishtown,
but Hyde is clear in the other lane out-launching him

The big features were the Speed Lounge online magazine this summer and the big cetner-page spread in the MR2 Only magazine in September.

... then this GRM photo in December. It's been a really good year.
I hope next year is better

Thumbs up

I want to thank you for getting the mr2 out and open more. I remember my first ride in my fathers mr2 and to this day is still a bone stock. A turbo'd civic tried and I use the term lightly muslce my fathers mr2 around. We of cousre blow him away. After that day I loved it and wanted one. Now 18 heading on 19. I look at your foot steps into creating my project. Maybe all cross your path.
