2nd Generation Clutch Replacement

To replace my clutch will I have to pull out the engine or is it a job that i might be able to do as a weekend project with a few friends or my dad who is sorta mechanicaly inclined then i i would like to buy the clutch and just need to knowwat the process is to do it maybe someone with pictures and a instruction guilde please help me

w/o the right tools and i strongly recommend a lift... its a tough tough task.

they're are way too many steps to be listed in a simple post.

are you sure your up for this.

when i did it in my garage i had a heavy diesel jack that got the car about 3 ft off the ground. and still it was a pain in the ass

i just recently did my clutch a couple months ago, you drop the engine a little bit and the whole transmission must come out. i have a lift at my house so this was very easy. Mr2.com has a guide for removing your clutch, step by step. it was very helpful. it took me a month to do it by myself.
