need some help with maintenance stuff

Ok so I just got a 5k signature service from my dealership and the list of repairs are huge... seeing as all the numbers are huge I want to know what I should be able to easily do myself that isn't too bad if I mess up.. or if I don't really need it.

Oil Pressure Switch (Broken)
Valve Cover Gasket Leaking
Main seals Leaking
Clutch Slipping
Front Brakes down to 3mm

Ok as for the clutch and brakes... How long do clutches usually last? Front brakes they quoted me 465 to do the both fronts with new pads and new rotors. I was wanted to do a brake upgrade but not loose my ABS or anything. Car is N/A. Can I go to a junkyard to find a good pair of Turbo Brakes and do an upgrade? Would that just directly bolt on?

Thanks
Car is a 1991 MR2 N/A if that info was needed

clutches and brakes are both wear items, and their life depends entirely on the driver of the vehicle. you can ask that question and get answers all over the board.
