hello,

I have bought new 15'' rims for my Toyota mr2. I would like to know what is the best size of tires (front and rear) to put on these rims? Can anybody give me some suggestion since I do not have much experience in this area?

I use 205/50 for the front and 225/50 for the rear. Make sure your offset is right.

What size is your rims? 15x7 or 15x8?

If this is not ok then it is not a big problem to replace it, since I am going to buy tires from the same supplier.

I have one more question. I will keep original rims (Toyota 14''), and I am planning to use it during the winter season. It is still early to think about winter tires, but can you suggest something just for the record?

For winter tires, I use 195/65 front and rear. 195/60 is alright as well.

Even though MR2 are driveable on snow, I won't not recommend it because the salt will damage your body for sure....
