Wussup guys.....I'm finally getting my Mr2 back....but thats not the point. From what I have read in this one thread, about the 3sgte, one of them is made by Yamaha??

One of them? Which one would that be? As far as I know, they are built by Toyota..I'm sure they buy the blocks from 1 source, heads from another, valves from another, and so on and so forth...But Yamaha? dunno about that. do you have any documentation to support that... You've got my curiosity going...

it was originally my post that u read.... and as far as I know it is fact, I will do some research and find out for myself what exactly this entails. Might just be the heads.

The head is made by Yamaha ... it cleearly says so on the cover over the timing belt.
