speedo problems .... please help

i have a 92 US spec mr2 ever since i put a 94 Jdm 3sgte in it.. my speedo and odometer hasnt worked... someone told me i need a jdm turbo gauge cluster... does anyone know about this problem??? if so please help i need to fix it so i can pass inspection.

check the cable at the transmission! maybe if your lucky it just loosened and popped out...

i pretty sure the 94 3sgte is an electronic speed sensor and the 92 US spec mr2 is mechanical{cable} so someone told me that i probably need a 94 jdm gauge cluster with an electric speedometer. its like a have a pretty good idea about it i was just trying to see if anyone else has had this prob... thanks

i am pretty sure you need to convert the speedometer to mechanical. shld plug-n-play.
