Do the interior lights work when the headlights are not on? If so, it's not the fuse.
Check your owners manual for fuse locations. They are by the drivers left foot under the panel and under the front hood and under the rear engine lid. The interior light fuse is by the drivers left foot.
Is the bulb intensity turned up? There is a dashboard knob for instrument panel brightness. Make sure it isn't turned down.
I hope you got a good prce on it so you can get it fixed and still have a good dollar value buy. I would try to get the seller to pay for the repairs or partially pay if you paid a high price for it or they didn't tell you it had problems. A clutch is a slow wear item and doesn't just do what it did to you in one day. They had to know it was bad.
These are awesome cars. When it is fixed, you will have a great time driving it.

Well they claim the clutch was replaced 1.5 years ago.. But yea I'm thinking the clutch is the problem.
its a 1993 MR2. t tops all power options. 108k on the body. First previous owner, body intact all vins matching, no accidents. $3500. N/A
good deal?
This is my 3rd mr2. I've had NO problems with the 1st one. Runs like a champ. 2nd one has idle issues... this 3rd has clutch which is even worse of a nightmare... I gotta stop buying these cars. They are so nice though.
