Typical BPU mr2 dyno power?

Just wanted to see what your normal/average MR2 turbo will dyno with just exhaust, intake, and 16 psi?

Also, if i have a 255 walboro pump, and no FPR or bored fuel rail, will it be hurting performance? I just poped in a 255 walboro and didnt really do anything else figuring it would be ok.

16 psi is pushing detonation with the CT26. The turbine itself is a restriction and just doesn't flow enough. And the higher flow fuel pump isn't gonna do you much good either without larger injectors. At best you would run rich.
I assume you're using some type of boost controller to up the boost from stock. I would guess 220-225hp at the fly with the increased boost from stock.

i have done this and didnt necessarily run rich. 550s on the stock ct26 is big-time overkill. i am guessing you did a NA-turbo swap and needed a fuel pump. you def shld look into a rail of some sort. the stock gen2 rail is poorly designed. wolfkatz did a test where it showed a walbro/supra pump exacerbates the lean condition that can occur on the one cylinder. either the ats bored rail ($100ish w/ core) or the wolfkatz rail will fix this.

i personally dyno'd with a similiar setup and put down around 205 iirc at the wheels. the dyno run showed way rch but after two years i finally found out why i was always rich: exhaust cam was off by two teeth.

That is just one thing these pages are great for:

And if you are stock turbo, I would stay away from 16 psi.
I'd keep to 15 psi and under.
