converting to manual, help!!

hey, I have an automatic N/A 92 mr2. I need to change it to a manual for a turbo swap... I need to know a list of parts if anyone knows all the parts I need, and I need to know how to route the clutch line and clutch cables. other than that if anyone knows of a walkthrough someone did and has a link that would help a lot. thanks.

Are the pedals, clutchmaster, slave, etc. coming with the rear clip? I suspect not.
In which case, you need to go to the salvage yard and trace all the components back to the trans. Prolly both brake and clutch pedal along with the bolts and springs. I think the brake pedal is smaller on a manual to accomodate for the clutch pedal. You may also need the clutch saftey switch, which on the regular manual models must be depressed fully to start the engine.
Clutchmaster, hydraulic lines, various clips and screws to hold the lines in place, and clutch slave.
This will also give you the opportunity to see where everything is routed and placed.

yep. thanks! I think some of the clutch line comes with the clip, and the clutch slave should come with the clip, and since it wil be a gen 3 IDK if its a different clutch slave than the gen 2. there are no mr2's anywhere near here in any junkyard, but the guy who sold it to me said he can probably get ahold of a manual one in a junkyard his friend owns. I'll put up a thread when I do the conversion if anyone wants me to.

The hardest part to get ahold of is the hardline that runs along the gas tank tunnel.

yea thanks man. the body won't be anything spectacular, I am only gonna get the small rust spot fixed this year, new paint next year. I am planning on doing the manual conversion at the same time as the swap so I don't need to buy 2 transmissions. is the clutch master cylindar in the front of the car?

yes, Located in the " frunk" (front trunk) . It will be directly in front of the top of the clutch pedal next to the brake master cylinder.
