Oil Leak

The last few days my car has been leaking a consitent oil leak not a ton or anything a small one. The leak is only when the car is running and maybe a few minutes after the car is off. I look at the front of my motor and the left side, nothing. Looked at my oil lines to my turbo and nothing either. I touched the passanger side and got nothing and the back and found nothing. It looks like the oil pan but doesn't fit the oil pan. Any ideas on places to look? I might do a uv die additive soon. Its dripping at the right rear corner on the oil pan. Whats the easiest way to remove the cam gear cover to check those items.

Follow the rubber hose from the front side of then oil pan up to the turbo. Just a guess since you haven't found a leak anywhere else.

Are you noticing a drop in oil level on the dip stick? Could it be gear oil?

not really its a small amount. I took it and sprayed down the whole motor and under and its little drip still. I call josh at chichorace works. He said there is a channel near there if oil leaks from the crankshaft seal it will run down the channel. But i could find that channel he was talking about.

Could it be a rear main seal, front main seal or cam seal?

I think if it was the front seal, it would be easy for you to find. If it was cam seal, it would leak from the same place on the timing cover.
Rear seal, would be the hardest to detect and the most pain in the ass to change...You would have to pull the transaxle, clutch and flywheel to replace the seal......PITA !

Well, I ordered all the parts cause they have to come out of town. I ordered the Front crank seal, rear main seal and the cam seals. I gave up and I'm taking the car into the shop to see. If it is the rear main seal, which I think so its only going to cost 240 dollars for labor and 40 dollars for the seal set.
