For your ecu needs I strongly recommand the aem ems. It can do almost anything you can think of. I would say a dual top fed fuel rail. Run a strong 600 or 650cc primary injector and a secondary 1500cc or so injector to run your peak out. Aem has a pretty good fpr and might look at the trd fpr as well. Going to need a custom exhuast manifold for your turbo. Jeff is running a Ross Racing Intake Manifold. Wouldn't be a bad idea. I recommand the Apexi Boost controller over anything else. Everything else looks pretty could. Going to need to strengthen your suspension and brakes for the added power.

what do u mean by 650 primary and 1500 for peak does it mean i need 2 different size injectors?sorry but i'm not that familiar with boost that much. Also what is the difference between the dual top feed u mentioned compared to the HKS got any pics of that fuel rail? or idea where i can find it?Also have a place or website for that intake manny?

There are only 4 injectors. 1 doubles as a cold start injector.

It depends on how much horsepower you intend to make.
Truleo makes an intake for the 2. As do a couple of other companies. ATS racing may have some, Chicoraceworks too. You just gotta do your home work.
This is my Truleo that I'm going to install when I get to that point of my rebuild.

I'd suggest doing some reading here:
http://www.mrcontrols.com/primers/power.htm

I would not suggest doing a dual fuel rail set up.
A single rail, with 1000 ccs will be more than enough to get you to 600 rwhp.

I would talk to Garrett at Wolfkatz Racing about building a proper fuel system for your goals.
