need some help buying

well heres my conditions:

i need to find me the most powerful turbo mr2 out there thats under $9k anyone got some ideas on at least where to look? thanks in advance

Ya tons of great 2's on MR2OC, MR2.2's 700HP car is not going for anywhere near 9k tho.
