Centerforce Rocks

I ordered this directly from Centerforce.com on Friday 07/20/07, and Fedex dropped it off today.

I also have a new flywheel from advanced auto parts, not aluminum, but sure has a smooth surface.

Got the output shaft seals for the tranny, both are leaking.

It goes into the shop this Thursday, hoping, and out by Friday.

My Mr2 has been sitting since March, clutch slipping, I am excited.


Any advice on what brand throwout bearing?

i think most people use a new oem throughout bearing though i am not sure which is best with a centerforce brand clutch

if your gonna replace the trans seals i recommend replacing the input shaft seal too...

lastly a throw out bearing should have come w/ your clutch as well as a alignment tool.

^ yep, i have never seen a clutch come without a throwout bearing and an alignment tool.
It looks good but it looks pretty much stock...

Clutch Plate; Worn down to the rivets, both sides, looks like the entire problem...



Flywheel; Has some gouges in the surface, like with a brake rotor, you can feel them with your fingers, but not really see them.

It also has a couple of heat spots, as seen in the picture; if that is what they are called?
