I'm almost done with the rebuild on my MR2 Turbo's 3sgte engine. I was wondering if a more advanced timing would be beneficial. It's a stock 3sgte with CT26 running 15psi, gutted cat, and K & N cone filter.
Comments/pro's/cons ? Thanks guys

Hmmm? nobody here is running advanced timing ?

No, it would not be beneficial. Things you do on an NA engine doesn't always apply to engines w/ forced induction. Advancing base timing will increase knock frequency. I guess you can advance it a few degrees, but only if you run in excess of 100 octane fuel.
