i deatil cars at toyota and iv noticed a black mr2 thats been sitting for a while so today when i get out of school ima go see what i have to do to track down the title wish me luck

Go to the DMV and see who it is titled to.

i went and talked to the ladie today and she said it still had a lean out on it so its kinda just stuck nuthing i can do bet when i go in friday im still gonna talk to the dealership owner and see what he has to say

The lien issue must be resolved(paid in full) to gain a CLEAR TITLE to the car. Period

The dealer probably did mechanical work on the car and the owner couldn't or wouldn't pay. The dealer then filed a mechanics lein on the car to try and collect.

from what understand someone bout the car and couldent get a title for it and brought it back. and the car has been there ever since
