Where can I get a new rear axle?

1991 turbo.
Though my engine is up and running, my car still cant move with no rear axle. The stealership wants 244 bucks for each shaft, and another chunk for the cv joint. Im not paying over 1000 for an axle... browsing I have not found a site that offers it so far, and the only help I found on eBay was this

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=130054458390

still waiting to hear back from them to see if it is both parts or just the shaft.
I also talked to the shop I got my engine from, they are looking for me as well.
Junkyards, I did not check but six months ago when I was looking for a switch, there was not an MR2 in the state in a junk yard. Any help would be appreciated

i am looking for remanufactured, new, whatever i can get. After an exhausting search, i found and called a place that sells the drivers side only but it was about that, 80 bucks. Noone had CV joints in stock, just the boot cover. Im not a mechanic so excuse me if i make a fool of myself lol. but i still need a passenger side. still looking around, just wanted to know if anyone knew of a shop that could order them or get from a junk yard, i had no luck searching here in Phoenix, AZ junk yards.
I contacted the shop i got the engine, they are searching canada for me, seriously these guys are the best customer service i have ever experianced. They went out of their way to get the harness i needed and shipped it to me, and spend their time looking for this axle now, since they dont stock it. He said if an engine comes in with the axle he would call, and he would check around for a reman, or the junk yards and let me know monday.
now the shop where im getting the work done, great mechanic, my car sounds great and is running perfectly, just the guy is a douche. oh well,

oh and since its a swap, i dont have an axle to reman myself. since the N/A one is diff.
