UK mk2 clear front side repeaters.......

Morning/Afternoon all,

This is my first post here, and I thought you might like to see what a friend and I have come up with. These are clear replacement lenses for the JDM mk2's, of which we have a fair amount of in the U.K. We call them 'Tolerones' over here.

I understand that most cars in the U.S however, have the flat type side repeater. Can anybody give me further info on this and where I could find details of the MK2 production volumes for different markets?

Here's a few pics on my buddies car. If you've already got the clear front/corners, these are must to complete the effect. Let us know what you reckon.

We were thinking of doing the flat type in clear too. What's the preference over there?

Do a lot of folks fit the blanking strips and then drill your wings to fit repeaters behind the front wheel arch, which is the standard spec for U.K cars?

All info and feedback appreciated

Final pic showing unit fitted with a chrome bulb. I tried to keep the angle and lighting as close to the same in both for a fair comparison. I think the initial design objective has been achieved
