Turbo to 1ZZ or engine swap?

I'm looking at adding some power to my spyder. Have a few questions:

Is it more cost effective yet still retaining a decent HP boost to-

a- add a decent turbo to the 1ZZ
b- drop in a 2ZZ and add a turbo
c- drop in a 3SGTE
d- drop in a 5SFE (even possible?) and add a turbo

I'm curious to know what the cost and benefit of each would be if there is anyone out there that knows.

Check out Monkeywrench racing. they have turbo kits for the Spyder. I think you can add 100hp for about $4500.00.
I would mod the 1ZZ before doing a swap..
where are you in Hi. ? I'm from Ewa Beach. Living on the mainland now..

I'm around the Salt Lake/Red Hill area over by Tripler. Looking at moving either to Mililani or K-Bay. I've checked out a few turbos for the 1ZZ actually, and for the money I think HassPro actually beats the MWR trubo.
