Possibly Maybe

So I may be getting a promotion at work with a significant raise allowing me to purchase my own deuce within the next 3 months. My question is how much should I expect to pay for one in the SoCal area. I see lot of turbo models go for way more than a 17 year old car should. Any input is appreciated.

MR2's always sell over blue book. My friend is selling his REALLLLLLLY clean '93 w/ 3rd gen swap for $9k. You will generally pay at least $5k for a semi-clean turbo.

Thats what I had expected. Around $5k for one with 100k+ miles and
decent paint/interior, which doesnt bother me at all. Besides MR2OC, where else can I get a good amount of listings for 2's for sale. Autotrader prices are ridiculous and cars.com is unreliable.
