dual or single exhuast?

I want to upgrade and dont know if i should upgrade the dual exhuast or put a single exhuast. Which would give more power.

duals usually yield more power. i prefer single, but still like duals. i have the Apexi GT Spec on my car, which is one of the better flowing single exit exhausts on the market.

I would get a catback for your car and keep dual exhaust for the sole reason that you have a cut out for two exhaust tips on your bumper. Overall, unless you get into BIG power a single exhaust system will support enough power to be OK in your setup.

well keep in mind.... the stock exhaust is a dual tip single muffler...

a true dual is dual mufflers...

the bigger the exhaust you use the more air you need to push thru it to actually make power.

and bigger exhaust on it own you'll be lucky to see a 5 hp gain...

single if you want to go deaf........lol...i prefer the look of dual mufflers on the rears..more balanced look to it....and its not the size of the mufflers that really matter....the overall diameter of the piping is key...i have a full custom 3'' exhaust on my car now....

I am getting a 3 inch catback from HKS this coming weekend. It's a single. I'm wondering what kind of change to expect also. It's an otherwise stock 92 turbo.
