Not too stray from the topic but ... can I just say (MRQturbo) that your MR2 looks awesome in that photo ... you got many more photos of it?

I am making 308 RWHP on the original, unopened engine with 195,000 miles.

Mods and dyno can be found on my Web site.

...there are guys making over 500 HP on the stock engine (not sure if it is original, unopened though).

I tink most ppl can get their turbo version easily to 300whp and can stilluse the cr as a daily driver.
...I have no clue on the mk3...I've heard of ppl doing a gt-s swap in them though.

add in the 10-15 percent lost to wheel and tranny ect...

you can have 400 horsepower, but if only 200 are getting put down, then you cant really say you have 400 horsepower...

Valid point actually here in the UK we talk about bhp ... which I assume is the actual engine power.

There appears to be a serious lack of Mk3 owners on here! Does anyone know of any other good MR2 (in particular Mk3) boards?

I would think that there aren't very many because the mk3 mr2 was made/designed for a different(economics) crowd.
