mk2 clear front side repeaters.......

Afternoon all,

Having just produced clear 'Toblerone' side repeater lenses for the JDM Mk2, I was thinking of doing the same for the flat U.S type.

Before progressing any further, I thought I'd ask here, as I'd been unable to turn up any in a search. Is this something that might be of interest to members?

Probably. Price and shipping cost may be a factor considering you're in the UK.

Price will be partly be dependent on the level of interest I can drum up.

As a guide, the similar size 'bubble' type side repeaters I've done for the Mk3 Supra are £25 GBP inc bulbs and shipping, and the 'Toblerone' MR2's are £42.50 GBP inc. bulbs, shipping worldwide and my Payal costs

Pretty fair considering the prices we pay for some mods, and each one is individually hand cast. They also retain the original factory markings, so no problems when it comes to testing time.

I'll have to source 2 original pairs from the U.S to work from, as we can't buy U.S only part no.s over here from Mr.T.....I've tried

I've had an offer from an owner to buy and ship them(I pay for them in advance), but would be pleased to hear from those up for them in order to make it happen.

I would DEFINATELY be interested! I signed up to this forum just to respond to this message... I am sure there would be a lot of interest in this. I will talk to some of my MR2 friends who I am pretty sure would be interested as well. Good job on the toblerone style ones.
