Well I'm new the MR2 world...I plan on getting one pretty soon. I was just wondering who has the fastest 1/4 mile MR2 here. Is it possible to get one into 10 or 9 secs street legal??? Also what kind of horsepower can I get from a extremly modified MR2?

I dont know who has the fastest, or the best, but jeffery burke (I think thats his name LB) has the highest hp mr2 in north america.

What do you mean by street legal?
...realistically, if you follow the law to a T, most modded cars are not truly "legal".

Or do you mean, it has an inspection sticker.

LAst I heard LB's hit 10.3 sec on the 1/4 mile ... not bad... as fast as a 98 Lamborghini Diablo SVTT
