clutch is fried, need help!

So I just bought my second MR2 turbo, the stock clutch has 130k miles, and since I'm not 85, I will be changeing the clutch in a hurry. I plan to use this as my dd and in the next year will add ATS TD06 kit, exhaust, and an intercooler upgrade. Right now car is stock except for an intake. I've searched the clutch threads, but am looking for some recent advice on what clutch to buy, whether or not I should buy a flywheel with it, and the best deal on the clutch or clutch flywheel combination. i suggest u buy a new flywheel as well.Since you are already down there y not change it.
