Anyways my question is that are the Mr2 turbo transmissions used in the swap put in for more strength or because the aw11 transmission doesn't fit the bolt pattern? I'm not new to cars because I'm in the midst of turboing my miata, but I can't resist the temptation of a beefy V6. Thanks in advance for any help.

Never personally even seen one. But the E153 tranny bolts right up and has factory LSD.... what's not to like??
