newb, need help with JDm Gen II

ok, i just got my two not too long ago and was wondering what it takes to get me to low 13's. The gen II PUSHES OUT 225 hp and should put out around 180-185 to the wheels w/ the 20% drivetrain loss. how much power do i need.
current mods.
Upgraded SMIC
twosrus mbc at 12 psi (have the FCD just not installed)
Apexi intake

A lot depends on the driver.... 13's shouldn't take too much.

hmmm i read the mr primer and im trying to get the berk tech exhaust and dp, doing all that think i can hit the low 13's.....possibly 12's ????? read somewhere that 245whp will get you to twelves.
