2nd Generation what does it take to hit low 13's/12's

i have a jdm 3sgte gen II with upgraded SMIC, Apexi intake, MBC at 15 psi.read the primer will that get me to my goal?

got a magnaflow exhaust and stock dp. Has lsd.
getting the berk tech exhaust and dp in january.
i would go to the track but its 4 hours away and i go to school and work bout 40 hrs a week. sorry......just wanted to know cuz u guys are experienced
