I'd like to know if there is deifferences in the rear caliper between an 86 MR2 na and a 87+ MR2??? Some say yes, others say no. What is the truth???

I am pretty sure the 1987 caliper is different, because from 1987 onwards the Mk1 MR2 recieved larger rotors to take care of the warpage problem in earlier cars. If totally in doubt though just talk to a Toyota dealer parts counter guy. They should be able to help.

the 85-86 cars have 9.4 inch rear rotors.
