the rear turbo axles from the dealer are 243.90 each, plus the cost of the hub. they are EASY to find, just call toyota lol. the downside is your gonna pay A LOT for them. runs over 750 in parts for hubs and axle shafts. also josh from chico race works has them where they fit the turbo tranny and machined to fit the N/A hub, i have yet to recieve mine but fed ex takes a few days, specially in the holiday season :p i will let you know how mine turns out.
as for what else you need, just what they mentioned already, on the intercooler, a side mount runs 150-1000. and supports up to a good 350+ if your planning on high hp then go with a trunk mount.
also that guy who linked his intercooler on sale for 399, its the same as the 120 ebay special... lol just has a fan on it. koracing.net sells a shroud and fan if you go the ebay route.
edit: oh yeah, on your BOV comment, they are purely your preference. dont let anyone tell you what you want. if you want the sound, then use one. if not, then dont use one.
they are not a performance upgrade. only use one if you want the sound.
