CT 27 mr2 93

I have stock everything except exhaust+ downpipe ,intake , clutch +flywheel hks cam and belt, and im going to get Manifold soon maybe OBX type R . Can I get ct 27 turbo and would it work perfectly without any other upgrades? How much can I boost max to not get any trouble on ct 27 with my stock engine? Thank You foryour time and all the answers.

Exhaust manifold is waste of money. Stop buying parts off of eBay. With a stock intercooler you will probably be safe around 14-15psi. A CT27 is a direct replacement of your existing CT26.

Maybe 230whp.... depending on the condition of your engine.

Because there are plenty of people making upwards of 500whp on the stock manifold. Plus those eBay things are prone to cracking. A good after market exhaust manifold will cost you between $1,500 and $2,000.

Here is a cell phone pic of my manifold. This is an HKS 3rd Gen Top Mount Manifold. Will cost you around $1,800 if you can find one.

Okay so I don't have to change anything right ? No fuel pump or anything ... Just buy ct 27 and bolt in directly to my car, and I will gain more power ? wow what is the difference between the ct26 and ct27? spools up faster? I took of the catalic converter and put a 3' downpipe .Will the 3" downpipe from ct26 will fit ct 27 too? or I need special downpipe to ct 27?

The CT27 IS a CT26. It is the same turbo. The only difference is the CT27 has a modified exhaust housing to allow more flow and a larger compressor wheel. The housing, outlets, lines, wastegate... etc are all exactly the same.

If you have an original turbo car (not an NA -> Turbo swap) your fuel system should be good up to around 275whp.
