I hope you know if you have a 2nd Gen 3SGTE (mostly USDM) that an aftermarket BOV will hurt your engine performance. Your Stock one that is designed by toyota is far superior to any aftermarket BOV in terms of the speed at which and the way it releasees pressure.

Also, if you didnt hook up that recirculation tube back to the new BOV and just dumping pressure to the atmosphere you are going to end up running rich and have all sorts of problems. Because its a MAF system and not MAP the ECU cannot compensate for the lost Airflow in the system and it throws it all off.

And your problem above sounds pretty normal, Unless you are running alot of piping or have a huge turbo setup you are not going to get the Loud BOV sound some cars get.

hey I had super sound blitz BOV and yeah the guy is right... It makes the car get sorts of problems, I had nice deep swosh sound but when I was accelerating and shift real quick to neutral the pressure went to atmosfere and sometimes the engine were going all the way down and shut down..... Why?

Does it have an adjustment knob on it??? Maybe you need to adjust the point that it releases air? As mentioned above... for a stock car.... stock BOV is best. There are plenty of people running BOVs with minimal problems though.

yes it does have adjust knob and i set it for loudest sound which means the huge amount of air is coming out that way, if i set the other way it sound like i close the valve and its poor swash like it want to exhale air but it cant and i dont like that sound, but i wish to have it on it's just incredible how it sounds... Some people thought I am boosting like 30 psi because of that sound wow but I have everything stock including my ct 26 t is there any way i can make it work properly ?

ogh by the way I forgot to say when I installed it the rpms went down at least 1.0 rpms down and had to rase it up manually because otherwise it would shut down sometime the engine was going on very low rpms and should be on 1.0 all the time right?

the rfl just always does weird stuff. Depending on how you let off it will make alot of different sounds. My buddy had it on his rx7 and he could get it to make like 4 types of soungs in one blow off. It was aweful
