best fuel to tank MR2

what is the best fuel for MR2 93 Turbo? I always put shell premium. Wt kind of oil is the best for mr 2 93 turbo engines? Mobil 1 synthetic?

In my all-trac that is exactly the combo I use, to great results. Mobil 1 synthetic 5w30 in winter and 10w30 in summer.

For the turbo model MR2, 10W-40 is required and 91 octane or higher
