Help! TD06 Boost Problem!!

1st off here are my mods...

TD06 internall wastegate
Greddy downpipe (came with TD06 kit)
MBC
Trunk mount IC
Walboro Fuel Pump
ATS Fuel Rail
ATS FPR
TRD Clutch
K&N intake
Custom 3" Exhaust

I just got my td06 kit installed (replaced my ct26), and its overboosting like crazy. I had the TVIS unplugged (I think, it was the plug beside the EGR valve looking thing), and my mechanic plugged it back in saying i need that for my low end torque. Anyways... I took the car for a drive, and 1st gear goes to about 10-12psi, and 2nd goes to 15psi, and 3rd hit 19psi. Thats if I start in 1st gear and just go through the gears WOT. If i start in 3rd gear and go WOT I can hear the turbo start spooling, but it feels like something is holding it back, and then it starts to sputter, and I have to back off. 1st and 2nd gear feel great, but im overboosting. I have a MBC (a black turn knob style). I have a vac hose comming from the wastegate nipple and going to the out arrow on the nipple on the MBC. The other nipple on the MBC goes to a vacc hose that went to the ct26 accuator i beileve. The hose that goes down towards the bottom on the engine. Anyone have any ideas on whats going on? Do I need to unplug my TVSV/TVIS? Everything on the bottom of the engine is plugged in. So both of those are definatly working.

Thanks

Are you sure the internal gate is operating properly?? If you are using a boost controller the vac line to the TVSV should be plugged. Your boost controller should have one line leading to the wastegate actuator and another leading to a positive boost pressure source.

Sounds to me like either your boost controller is hooked up wrong or your wastegate is not operating properly. If your boost controller is installed backwards you will have unlimited boost... I'd check that first.

Been thinking about how i hooked up the MBC. The line comming from the wastegate goes to the MBC. The vac lines that I THINK comes off the TVSV (which connects to the ct26 housing) is going to the other nipple on the MBC. Im guessing this is wrong? When installing the td06, and taking off the ct26 there was a extra vacc hose (one that was on the housing of the ct26) and used that to go to the MBC. If wrong, where should I run my line?

The CT26 actuator has two nipples. One leads to the compressor housing (positive boost pressure) and the other leads to the TVSV.

If you are standing on the drivers side of the engine bay looking in.... the one going to the TVSV will be on the right hand side. This needs to be unplugged and capped. This should not be connected to anything.

Your TD06 Internal gate probably has one nipple. This leads to one side of the boost controller (consult your instructions for which side, they are all different). The other portion of the boost controller needs to lead to POSITIVE BOOST PRESSURE. If there is not a nipple on the compressor housing of your turbo you will have to source it from somewhere else. The lines leading to/from your BPV should work. You can also tap into the FPR lines or the line that leads to the boost pressure sensor if you have disabled fuel cut.

Ok. So by using the line that goes to the TVSV for the other side of my MBC would cause the problems im seeing? I can use one from the BPV, as the one that was connected under the MAP is used for my boost gauge. (nipple under MAp is plugged).
