help estimate the price

hi all, i am considering this 86 mr2 for a project car.

Wisconsin origin
drivable (round trip Minnesota-Wisconsin)
black exterior black interior w/racing seats
150k miles
rusty rear fender (about 25-30% rust), minor rust on other parts of the body
minor dent on 1 spot
5th gear popout
check engine light comes on sometime at higher speed; goes away if let go and reapply gas.
fairly loud engine
indoor temperature gets hot, maybe a hole in the chassis?
may need new alternator

how much is it worth? please advise.

i'm new to mr2, so I'm not really sure. it might be n/a, but the guy said he has put something into it and made it go 120mph before.. anyway it's probably not a supercharged. thanks, hope that helps.
