If you're talking about the fog light, you'll have to go from the underneath the car.

oh, OK Scott. Duh, I guess it would be the one that not on! My bad. He said bottom left.
That bulb is also accessed from underneath. It just twists and unplugs.

For the headlights:

There are 4 screws supporting a metal bracket that holds the headlight into place.

For the foglights:

Two screws on the top of each fog light. Hit them with some PB Blaster or WD40.... they tend to get a bit rusty.

For the corner lights:

Use a flatblade screwdriver with some tape on it.... find where they meet in the middle.... and softly pry.

Ya know, I just reralized that when I changed my front bumper, the position of those lights are different from stock. I have to get to mine from underneath now.

What bumper is that, Russ? Never seen that one before. Moves the corner lights.... eliminates a portion of the side markers... yet retains the stock foglight location.... interesting.

Phoenix Power....fit like shit. Had to make some small changes underneath for a good, solid fitment.

Thats the Phoenix from the 1st gens. Just though it looked cool and better than the Toyota emblem.
