New to Mr2, Need Helps

Recently i just bought a 86 Mr2 n/a, 160k, when i test drove it, it runs fine, no leaking and pull pretty strong.
But later on, when i drove this car for a longer trip (77 miles distance), i saw the engine oil meter move to High a little bit and then drop back to normal. It does the the same thing for the Engine Tempeture Meter, it move to the Hottest and back to normal. Later on, it keeps on overheating.
When i almost arrive, there are smoke coming out from the right side of the engine, and i found water dropping on the ground.

The Car still starts and runs, but i dont want to mess it up so i have stop driving it for 2 days now.

Do you guys think it's because of a bad waterpump? radiator? How much would it cost to fix it? (roughly)

Thanks alot guys.

have you lost alot of coolant. Check to make sure the level is good. You may just have a leak and were low on coolant. If your level is fine then it may be a head gasket.

if it was a head gasket you would have a pure white smoke coming from your muffler and if it is you can check your oil and if its a milk tan color then you need a new head gasket it would be that way from the anti freez mixing in with the oil
