hp problems with my mister 2!

whats up guys, i guess i post a lot more sad stories then happy stories here... Well i went to the dyno again today and i got worse results. The last time i went i got 233 hp and 229lbs of torque...today i didnt even break 200hp...the car felt like it was missing, the graph didnt look right, it was running pretty rich, and all this after i took the fuel controller off...I am wondering what is wrong, i mean it could be my boost controller too, it doesnt hold boost for $hit... it cant hold anything over 1.2 bar, even when i turn up the high boost all the way it wont go past 1.2 on the dyno... Another problem i have is that i made a custom s-pipe for the intake and i guess it might be leaking, so i'm gonna put the stock one tomorrow and see if there is a difference... I wanted to ask the experts, does this sound familiar??? Could it be a maf problem or o2 sensor problem because i did run a lot of high octane gas before, and it might have damaged the o2 sensor...Thanks for the help guys...

ok here is the list of mods. Intake, exhaust, dp, no cats, blitz single solenoid electronic boost controller, hks fcd, greddy intercooler and piping. I used to have a fuel controller on there and i got 233 to the wheels, but it wasnt running correctly with it, so i took it off, and how i have all those mods except the fuel controller... and i dynoed the car to tune it with the wideband...

The O2 sensor has nothing to do with WOT tuning.

How fresh is your ignition components? You should be running TOYOTA cap, rotor and wires ... in new condition. I replace them every year.
What plugs? What gap? ... ignition stuff can rob serious HP if not in good condition.

As for your boost controller ... it maybe be more a function of your turbocharger than the controller. The ct26 is not known for holding boost. It is not a high flow turbocharger.

well basically i replaced everything, cap, rotor, wires, fuel filter, cooling system service, thermostat. The boost factor is weird i know the ct26 does hold boost but at low rpm it should at least max out, but it doesnt, and sometimes the boost goes up and down, it feels like the engine is choking, it feels like something stops it from making power, as soon as the dyno jumped, it came down again for some strange reason, thats why i'm thinking it might be the maf.

I thought mr2's use an air flow meter, not a maf sensor.

hmm i honestly am not sure what could be wrong, but id add to the list a boost cutter so your not limited on stock boost (could be wrong). Did you dyno after putting on new mods?

What plug and gap are you using? ...still sounds like ignition to me.

Monkey, you are correct, but a lot of people use the terms interchangeably.

Hilandboy, fuel cut is around 12 psi ... so if he is hitting 17 psi I am guessing he has fuel cut disabled already somehow.

check your base ign. timing. and what fuel controller did you use? I'm guessing it was hooked up to the maf, err, the afm.

well the base timing is stock, i have a fcd installed, and the wire for the fuel controller is hooked up to the maf. The yellow/grn wire...and i am using a hks safr fuel controller... well its gotten a little better, i reset my ecu, but at normal throttle not WOT it kinda hesitates, i dont know what that is caused by.
