Boost is a term used to describe pressurized air made from either a turbocharger or a supercharger.

It is most often, in the U.S., measured in PSI (pounds per square inch). More boost equals more pressure equals more horsepower.

As for what springs are "best", that depends on what you want them for. Are you looking for springs to increase handling, ride comfort, launching or just looks? There is no one "best" of any part ... it all depends on what your goals are.

If you have a 91/92 the Eibachs will give you a rather conservative drop ... about 1 inch. If you have a 93+ you will not noticea difference in ride heighth. They are a very nice spring and will improve handling.

The H&R's (what I use) are a more drastic drop (over 1.75" or so), but they do give a bumpier ride. I do not find it bothersome and I wanted the real low drop.

Most other springs will fall inbetween the Eibachs and the H&Rs.
