for parts there is a for sale/wanted section here, and on another mr2 community site mr2oc.com. also there are many vendors, salvage yards, and the dealership as well for parts.
for the swap, you will need many parts besides just the engine
engine-many sites offer it, be carefull and do some work before buying one. could pay a lot of money to a foreign company for a blown motor. ask around to other members before buying. i feel i paid too much for mine, but they were great customer service and help, and a good motor. just send me a pm. but id suggest finding a cheaper place.
ecu-pretty strait forward. make sure its included in the deal.
tranny-if you get a genIII, ask if its LSD transmission or regular. LSD is always a plus :p
wire harness-uncut or be prepared for a wiring nightmare.(i been there lol)
new fuel pump(walbro255 is about 100bucks shipped, drops right in)
new rear axle(ChicoRaceWorks makes a great kit with upgraded parts so it can handle hard starts and more hp than stock and it slides into the N/A hub, its about 540 shipped. for the dealership you will need the axle shafts, the wheel hubs and some misc junk or about 850 wholesale cost... not sure on retail and tax.)
intercooler-some swaps/kits/clips come with one that will get you by till you want more hp. an ebay core 1XX and some good piping 2XX and your good to go for an aftermarket one. they claim wild numbers like 450HP capable, but most users suggest 300-350 max with supporting mods on the ebay ones.
new exhaust. whether stock or aftermarket, the n/a will not bolt up nor would it be wise to use it. there are some good exhausts out there, just depends on where you live for DoT rules and what your after such as noise levels and whatnot.(side note, the primary cat is in your downpipe, and the secondary is in the exhaust piping(b-pipe iirc) so going after market you will lose the secondary but should pass emissions. if you swap your downpipe something to think about in the future)
might be some other stuff I'm forgetting atm, but that should cover it. as for labor, book time on a turbo-turbo replacement is 14hours. so expect somewhere in that time frame. fuel pump 1.5 hours(make sure tanks empty or damn close to it lol. gotta drop it to do new pump) intercooler hookup and misc stuff couple hours. also you will need new fluids, oil change, new spark plugs, stock is OK, but you should run

check all your seals, lines and stuff, new fuel filter cant hurt. they ar pretty cheap too. and hour max for a new exhaust.
hope that helps... my fingers hurt from all the typing
