what's going on guys... well I have posted a few times on TN here and there I owned an 84' Supra installed a 7MGTE worked on it all on my own and Built a great car, until it got stolen.

anyways after a long recouperation of broken and stolen dreams ( and relocating ) I have decied I want to start on an MR2 Turbo . I have my eyes on a few 2nd gen's really I'm not plainning to make the purchase until this summer, sometime around, July - Sept. I have some time to research and see where I want to go with this. (i've been trolling these forums for a lil while) under a different name but I forgot my password or email I used. LOL

Now anyone specially locals here in Flordia, are there any reccomended shops where to buy parts? (is the internet better), where to get work done?, I am fully capable of doing it myself but the apartment comunity would not be very happy with me if I did.

What about "car clubs" not full of imature people please. I used to be in one with a Saturn ION Redline that I owned and those guys were great, we'd have BBQ's meet up with SRT-4 guys it was really fun.

koracing.org is a good site for alot of things for an mr2 as is berk technologies (google it idn the web address) as for the work... do it yourself cause while there are alot of very talented people and shops, there are also alot of bad ones. if your in jacksonville i reccomend that you stay away from the toyota dearership down there. we have had some bad expirences from them (like 5) where they have stolen peices and property from our vehicles, as well as doing a horrible job with everything we had done there. as for good shops i dont really know of one but look around and make sure to ask customers what they think before you have work done. also, POST PICS OF THE SUPRA!!!! and good luck with the mr2! theres alot down there in FL so you shouldnt have too much trouble
