wont seal right!

im having a problem geting my wastegate to make a good seal with the manifold side of the exhaust flange on my 91t. should i use a sealant plus the gasket, or should the gasket alone be fine... cause its not working out that way.

By what you said, I'm assuming you have aftermarket turbo and exhaust manifold with port for external wastegate?

Either way, the gasket should be enough. You sure exhaust manifold isnt warped in any way?

I suppose trying the sealant couldn't hurt, though.
