hi I'm Chris. I would like to buy sleepy eyes and the whole kit but don't know where to start....
2 years ago i bought the Pivot thing on ebay and it was brand new but I had hard time instaling it or maybe the Pivot thing didn't work... ...
Please tell m where can I buy nice kit....? I got only this link and i don't know if it's cheap or expensive... Would You please be some kind and when u have some time write me some links where to buy them and what to do first? Thank You for Your time...
I don't know much about these types of things, mostly because they don't interest me, but I do remember a somewhat mass produced kit being around for a while.
It was called the "Revision 6" kit or something like that. It was available in standard and HID, and went for somewhere around $600-$750. It was made by (I think) HP motoring and was distributed in the US by Culture Racing (again, I think).
I haven't seen them for sale in quite some time, though. Most of the headlight conversions I've seen have been done custom by the owner.
Best of luck anyways.

hey 91t, how hard was it to take off your rear spoiler and what was involved in doing it?
Toyota fastened the spoiler thru the metal, so once u remove it, u have to bondo over the holes because of it. So what im saying is, there is no 'clean' way of taking off the spoiler, because ur left with peeled paint, 17 yr old adhesive, and several holes on the trunk and quarter panels. Its definetly a project..

Why would you want the "sleepy eye" look? You're cutting your lights illumination in half. Not the safest for night driving.
I just have the lights in the 'sleepy eye' position for looks. Look my MR2 in the face, hehe it looks like its happy and stoned, a likeness of me But i can still raise and lower my lights just like stock, for night driving of course.
