Automatic MR2 owners...help me identify this item!!!

well, i've moved across the country AGAIN... and am removing the 4VZFE V-6 engine from my mr2...
actually it's already out! and I am replacing it with a 3sfe 4cyl. now the issue I have is this:
I had to use alot of my existing wiring from the 4cyl harness on the v6... but now that I am on the other side of the states and not in my garage, I don't have much of the connectors to rebuild the harness.
I need your help in identifying the box circled in the photograph, as I have a connector on my harness which comes from the NWS (neutral start switch) on the transmission... and is supposed to connect to it. but I don't have it, it's back in tennessee.. I think.
if anyone has one, let me know how much and I'll paypal you ASAP.
thanks,
david

yeah mr2bad... it's been a WHILE!

immediately after I completed the v-6 build, I was offered a job in pompano beach florida with a ferrari\maserati collision repair facility... so of course, I jumped on that offer. spent two years with my head burried in those italian machines.... I'm talking about 100 physical hour weeks... but I loved those cars, so I didn't consider it work!

everything was going great until I started to go over my paystubs... they had been screwing me from day one, along with commiting alot of insurance fraud along the way. so I decided to leave my dream job and head to texas! the company is called 1ST CLASS European Authorized Coachworks in pompano beach... they are the only Ferrari\Maserati\Aston Martin factory authorized repair facility in the southeasrtern US... and I will be amazed if they are in business another 2 years after I complete my lawsuit.... because business with that kind of responsibility is usually based on referrals, and I've been calling the customers whose cars I repaired personally to give them a heads-up.

so... yeah, no luck on that black box huh? for some reason I want to think it's the cruise control ecm.... but I can't be sure.

Wow , that sucks! I hope you win your suit. You would think with the prices place like that must charge, they would operate with some integrity.
Cool job though. I hate that it turned out the way it did. Especially after all the work you put into it.
Hopefully someone else will chime in and identify the part.

before I left ferrari, the mr2 was reversed into by a stolen car at a traffic light.... the front bumper\fenders.... rear bumper .... were all smashed. so I stayed just long enough to get the mr2 road-worthy again... I just posted the pictures in the gallery.... the car still needs paint, and some bodywork in areas, but it's better than it was!

I don't actually have that box... it was a reference photograph. and a bad one at that!

the harness that I purchased from someone off the mr2oc is supposedly from an Auto NA 93... which is what I have chassis wise. but there were only the wires leading from the nuetral start switch\gear selector fork heading to that plug. and I know on my original harness there was a different connector at that same location that leads to the instrument cluster... so what I've done is bypass that plug all together. I've wired my NSW directly to the ecm and to the cluster... both speed sensors, and solenoids... but now I must aquire a different distributor, as the jdm engine has the version with an external ignitor... broken tps sensor...broken 02 sensor.... oil sending ... alternator.... the list goes on, but since they are not liable for the "external accessories" I can't complain... the engine arrived today, and once I removed the valve cover I was surprised to find it spotless inside. so either they were running it super-rich and washed it with fuel, or I got a decent engine.
I'll post some pictures if anyone's interested.
thanks again for the help
