Clutch sensor of some type, would hate to crank the thing while it's in gear and it start moving around on ya. That might come with the clutch pedal though. Does the instrument cluster have a position indicator on the automatics? If so you might want to change it out too. Is the clutch reservoir part of the master cylinder? Just some things that come to my mind.

Hope it helps!

The clutch master (master cylinder for clutch) has it's own reservoir. I'm not sure if the 1st gens have a clutch safety switch. The other gens do, so maybe it does too.

It does , you really don't need one, but it keeps you from accidently cranking it while it's in gear. The new Tacomas have a button on the dash for the 5-speeds that overrides the saftey switch. It's fun messing with them.

Techinically yes but not recommended. I have never done the swap personlly but i did some homework cause i want to do the swap for mine. Some things to watch for; clutch kit, mastercylinder and slave cylinder, trans axles, new seals for a used trnsmission, cables, shifter, shifter brackets and linkages, maybe transmission mounts(dont remember), and the transmission itself. PLEASE let me know if i forgot somthing or correct me if im wrong.
Good luck with your swap.
P.S. If i remember right you may get a check engine light since the ECU thinks that the PCM still exist.

Most other countries cars dont even have clutch saftey switch. A friend of mine has a Skyline R32 he's from englandand he told me when he used to live there not many cars had clutch saftey switches as there not manditory in many countries. His skyline will start up with him standing outside the car just cranking the key. Just figured some people would find that interesting.
